When using the Calloquy platform we provide a number of ways to securely gain access to a meeting so the right people get connected quickly and securely.
Using Six Digit Code via Email
Using a Password for Dashboard Access
When logging into the Calloquy platform to access the main dashboard to manage cases and meetings you can use a previously stored username which is your work email and Calloquy password. At any time you can reset your password and retrieve it from your email.
Step One - Go to app.calloquy.com in your web browser
Step Two - Enter your work email into the verification box
Step Three - You will be prompted to enter your work email and Calloquy password
Using Single Sign-On
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials. This allows you to use your work email address and password that you are already using across your organization. If you do not have SSO enabled you would need to reach out to your internal technical department or have them reach out to us here at support@calloquy.com.
