Did you leave someone off of a case? Follow these steps to add an existing contact to a party.
How to move an existing contact to another party
1. Navigate to the Case in question.
2. Hover your mouse over the contact.
3. Click the three dots that appear over the user's role.
4. Select the Remove Contact option and then verify that the Contact has been removed.
5. Click on the +Add Contact button under the correct party and fill in the required fields.
6. Click the Save button.
Note: A Contact Added popup message appears and indicates that your contact was added successfully to the party.
