Reset your Calloquy password in a few easy steps.

You may change your login password for the Calloquy platform from the Profile page or from the Login window. This article describes both methods.

Changing password from Profile page

1. Once logged in, click your avatar in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

2. From the Profile page, click the Edit Password button.

3. Complete the Current Password and New Password fields.

Note:  Make sure that your new password includes all of the listed requirements. You can click the Show button to verify your entries.

4. Click Save

Note: You will not receive any confirmation if your password change was successful. If your changes are unsuccessful, you will receive red notifications that either the current password does not match, or your new password does not meet the password requirements.

Changing your password at Log in

If you forget your password at the Login window, you have the opportunity to request a password reset.

1. From the login window, enter the email address associated with your Calloquy account.

2. Click Login.

3. From the What is your password window, click the Forgot Password? link.

4. From the “Forgot Your Password?” page, enter your email address once more.

5. Click the Reset Password button to be taken to the password reset email confirmation page.

Note: If you have an existing Calloquy account with the entered e-mail address, you will receive an email from noreply@calloquy.com with a password reset link. The link will expire after 60 minutes.

6. In your Forgot Your Password? email, click the Reset Password button.

7. Your email address should populate, and you will enter your new password twice following the password specifications:
