Creating a New Case

Need to create a new case in Calloquy application? Here's how to do it in a few steps.

From the Dashboard, you can access the Add New Case page from three options: (1) Cases icon in the left sidebar, (2) Add New Case button on the Dashboard, OR (3) Add New Case button in the header. 


1. Click either one of these buttons to access the Add New Case page.

2. Complete the required and optional fields as necessary.

3. Click Done to continue adding contacts and parties on the case details page. The Done button will grey out upon clicking.


Notes: You have now created a new case once you've been taken to the case details page. To continue adding information to your case, follow the steps in the Adding a Party to a Case and Adding Contacts to a New or Existing Case articles.
