How to access your meeting recordings, in a few quick steps.

1. Navigate to the meeting from which you want to access the recordings.

2. Click on the Recordings Tab. All the recordings from this meeting will be shown here.

3. Click which recording you want to download. This will bring up a Download Recording button on the panel to the right.

4. Click the Download Recording button. This will prompt the download of the meeting recording to start in your browser’s download queue. Files will download as a *.ts file. For multiple recordings, each additional download adds the volume number to the filename resulting in the Recording-Vol.#.ts format.

5. Once downloaded, the file can be opened and viewed in your system’s video player. In Google Chrome, the download can be found in the bottom left corner of your browser. This location may be different in other web browsers, such as Edge, Firefox or Safari.

Note:  There are different roles that have this permission based on the meeting type:

  • Team Meeting (non-cased based) only the meeting organizer can access the meeting recording from the Calloquy Dashboard.
  • Team Meeting (cased-based) only the Counsel (Paid), Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Paid) and Client (Paid) can access the meeting recording from the Calloquy Dashboard.
  • Deposition only the Counsel (Paid), Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Paid), Client (Paid), and Court Reporter can access the meeting recording from the Calloquy Dashboard.
  • Arbitration only the Counsel (Paid), Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Paid), Client (Paid), Arbitrator, and Court Reporter can access the meeting recording from the Calloquy Dashboard.
  • Mediations do not have this feature available to any participant.
