Viewing Participants in a Meeting

To see who is in your meeting, complete the following steps: 

  1. Join your scheduled meeting.
  2. Select the Participants icon from the meeting's bottom toolbar.
  3. View the Participants list in the right-side panel of the screen.


  • The hosting Party can see all meeting participants as well as the participants who have been invited but have not yet joined the meeting (grayed-out). In addition, other participants can be invited to the meeting via the +Add Participant link option.  AddParticipant_Button.png
  • The Participant List feature within a meeting now sorts invited and current participants alphabetically within each party (Plaintiff, Defendant, Unaffiliated) for ease of use.
