Need to access documents from a case? Learn how with these few, easy steps.
To access evidence uploaded to a case, you must first navigate to the Case page. From the Calloquy Dashboard, navigate to the case in which you want to access evidence.
1. Click the Documents tab.
2. Select the article of evidence that you want to access.
3. In the panel on the right, click the 3 dots icon (More menu) to access the Download or Delete option.
4. If downloaded, the document will appear in the device's Downloads folder. If deleted, the piece of evidence will no longer appear on the case.
Note: Only the controlling Counsel and Paralegal/Legal Assistant can access evidence within the platform.
