Need to gain access to a Breakout Room? Learn how with these few, easy steps.
Mediators are the only participants that are allowed to request access to another breakout room.
1. Once the breakout rooms are created, the mediator can request to join the breakout room.
2. In the panel on the right select the Request to Join button next to the breakout room you would like to join and wait to be granted access.
Note: Only the Counsel or Paralegal/Legal Assistant can grant or deny the mediators request to join the Breakout Room.
