There are multiple ways to have a private discussion with your team. Follow these steps to learn more.
You can create Private Discussions within a meeting using the Chat or Breakout Rooms feature.
Chat
1. Navigate to the Chat button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Choose who you would like to chat with and click their name. This will bring you to your chat thread with your team.
Breakout Rooms
Note: Arbitration, Deposition, and Mediation meeting types have the Breakout Room function.
1. To start a Breakout Room click on the Breakout Rooms button located on the bottom panel in a meeting.
2. Set the duration for the Breakout Room and click Create Breakout Rooms for each party.
